"Brand Visibility Tracking"
What do you like best?
The most impressive feature is the real-time visibility tracking across LLMs (like ChatGPT and Google Gemini). Most SEO tools only care about Google Search, but RankZero shows exactly how often your brand is mentioned in AI conversations. I love the competitor benchmarking graph; seeing my brand’s "Share of Voice" compared to others in a single timeline makes it very easy to identify exactly when a competitor started gaining ground. The best tool so far is the "To dos". Furthermore implementation is very easy, with recommnedations made by customer support. The founder is also available for answers. My frequency of use is not high yet but we are starting to implement them actively.
What do you dislike?
The "No mentions" data for some competitors (like "competitor 1" or "competitor 2" in the screenshot) is a bit of a "cold start" problem. While it's accurate, I'd love more proactive suggestions on why they aren't being mentioned—is it a lack of citations or a specific prompt bias? Maybe a nice feature would be to do "market intelligence" and have the dashboard of how the owner of your competitors' company would look the UX
What problems is RankZero solving?
RankZero solves the "Black Box" problem of AI Search. Problem: I don't know if ChatGPT or Gemini is recommending my products to users. Benefit: RankZero tracks these "Recent Chats" and identifies the specific sources that the AI is using to form its answers. This allows me to focus my PR and backlink strategy on the sites that actually influence AI models, directly increasing my brand's visibility where the next generation of customers is searching.
